To avoid any naming conflicts and ensure that you choose a unique name for each entity, please check against the ASIC register when choosing names for the company and trust

1. go to ASIC COMPANY AND BUSINESS NAMES SEARCH
2. find the "search ASIC registers" widget
3. select "organisation and business names"
4. enter the proposed name
5. check the search result
